   - Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability.

   - Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges.

   - Payment is due upon reservation unless otherwise stated in the booking terms. No cash is accepted, and no payment at the facilities, only online.

   - Additional charges may apply for services such as laundry, tours, or damage to hostel property.

**4. Conduct and Behavior:**

   - Guests are expected to respect other guests and hostel staff.

   - Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or illegal will result in eviction without refund.

   - Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM for the comfort of all guests.

**5. Security and Valuables:**

   - We don't have lockers, so all personal belongings must be locked inside your room at all times. Bags and items left in the common areas or forgotten after checkout are not our responsibility.

   - Fabryka Hostel is not liable for any loss or damage to guests' personal belongings.

**6. Smoking and Substance Use:**

   - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hostel premises.

   - The use of illegal substances is prohibited on hostel property.

**7. Facilities and Amenities:**

   - Guests are responsible for the proper use of hostel facilities and amenities.

   - Any damage caused to hostel property by guests will be charged accordingly.

**8. Liability:**

   - Fabryka Hostel is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur on the premises.

**9. Force Majeure:**

   - Fabryka Hostel is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control that may affect bookings or services, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.

   - Guest information is collected and processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

**11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:**

   - Fabryka Hostel reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
